This space will provide you with latest updates, insights, and information on AMLA’s development and mission to strengthen Europe’s fight against money laundering and terrorism financing. We are the EU agency on FIU coordination and AML/CFT supervision, working for a safer and more transparent financial system. Joint position paper on a clear distinction in the distribution of electronic money under PSR-PSD3. As EPSM, we were approached and have co-signed the enclosed paper directed to the EU lawmakers calling for clarity in e-money distribution in PSR-PSD3. Without such clarity at EU level, probably national interpretations will develop, and their might be many "national e-money distribution markets"...

EPSM Meeting in Dublin, tomorrow. 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪 We have more than 40 in-person and more than 15 online registered Participants from members and invited guests. The weather outside will be rainy, but we are all looking forward to the presentations with interesting, open discussions ranging from the Digital Euro, Fintechs in Ireland to cross-European regulatory topics like DORA, PCI, and PSR-PSD3. Welcome very much the law firm #DeMatteisLaw, based in Rome and Brussels, as a new, non-voting EPSM member. Andrea De Matteis is a renowed expert on payment law, active mainly in Brussels and in Italy. Additional EPSM Representative will be his colleague and partner Simone Giordano.
