🌟 From University Project to Team Member: Meet Nina Müller, our talented Junior Marketing Manager at Exakt Health! 🚀 Nina first crossed paths with Exakt Health during her studies at FHWN Campus Wieselburg, where her university group worked on a branding strategy for our company - and both sides knew it was just the beginning! 🎓 Fast forward 5 months and Nina is back at Exakt Health - this time helping us build our brand and grow from the inside as a Junior Marketing Manager! 💡 Nina’s journey into marketing started early: She began working at an Online Marketing agency at just 18. Since then, she’s gained experience at companies like Henkel Consumer Brands Parfums Christian Dior and Beiersdorf before returning to her online marketing roots with Exakt Health. Outside of work, Nina loves home workouts 🏋️♀️, long walks with her favorite podcasts 🎧, and reading (about 50 books a year!). She’s also building a mini jungle at home with her love for plant care. 🌿📚 What does Nina love most about her role at Exakt Health? It’s the chance to help build something from the ground up, watch it grow, and make a real difference in people’s lives by helping them relieve pain. Why the world needs better access to MSK healthcare 👩⚕️ A recent study by the research collective "Wie gesund ist eigentlich…", highlights a pressing issue: 65% of Austrians report health problems. At the top of the list are MSK issues, followed by cardiovascular diseases. But why is that? 👇 34% of women and 22% of men are not regularly active. 60% of people are dissatisfied with long waiting times in the healthcare system preventing them to take care of problems in time. 47% report that the healthcare system treats only symptoms, rarely the causes. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿. And the Austrians are not alone in this. We observe similar problems across the globe. This is exactly why we founded Exakt Health in January 2021 and have made it available in over 40 countries. Physio to Marketing or rather “How Sabs Landed Her Role at Exakt Health ”🚀 From a CV perspective, Sabs might have been an unconventional hire. With no classic marketing background, her switch from Sports Science and Physiotherapy to Marketing at a digital app could have been easily overlooked. But at Exakt Health, we value bold, innovative strategies—and so does Sabs! Her experience working as a medical trainer and physio with the Handball Austria junior national team 🤾 and SK Rapid Wien football club ⚽ brought expertise in health and physiotherapy. Combined with her creative mindset, it made her the perfect fit to help shape our digital health product. Originally from Carinthia, Sabs now calls Vienna home. But when winter rolls in, you'll find her chasing the sun & waves in Portugal, Indonesia, or Australia 🌍🏄♀️. Team Spotlight: 👩💻 Meet Elena, one of our talented Full-stack Developers at Exakt Health! 🚀 With a diverse background in Audiovisual Communication, Software Development, and Music Production, Elena has honed her skills as a software developer across various companies. Now, she's channeling all that expertise into making our digital health solutions better every day! Originally from Madrid, Spain, Elena has called Berlin home for the past six years. Back in Spain, she spent hours playing "Pump It Up," a dance arcade game that kept her moving with intense HIIT workouts. 🎮💥 Since relocating - Germany falling short of the beloved arcade game - Elena has swapped the dance mat for CrossFit, running, and weightlifting, making her feel stronger every day. 💪 One of Elena’s favorite things about her job? The flexibility to work from home (and yes, sometimes even in pajamas! 🤣). But what truly motivates her is the high quality of professionals at Exakt Health. Being surrounded by people who are passionate about excellence pushes her to grow and excel in her own work. Our scheduling feature just got an upgrade: Weekly training schedule 2.0 is out 🤘 With busy schedules, coordinating runs and workouts is a common challenge. Following our users’ feedback, we added even more flexibility to schedule weekly trainings - allowing to seamlessly fit runs and workouts into a busy week. With our newest updates users can now … 🦵… decide for specific leg days, 🏋️♀️ … plan core training days, 🏃 … and add run days to their training week. This way, the weekly training schedule 2.0 empowers users to prioritize both fitness and flexibility, ensuring no workout gets skipped. And if a workout needs to be skipped or the schedule is updated, the Exakt Health app will automatically check for the training safety to avoid overuse injuries. 🎥 Watch the video below for a detailed walkthrough.
