In close cooperation with our client, we performed an extended-reach scale removal in a Rhät sandstone formation. Here, we effectively used a combination of biodegradable acid systems for dissolving carbonates (e.g. dolomite, calcite, etc.) and silicates (e.g. clay minerals, fines, etc.). For acidizing geothermal and oil wells in the Upper Rhine Graben, this approach has already led to excellent results. By employing the well-established Foam-Acid-Squeeze technique, we effectively treated and deliquefied this depleted waterflooded gas well. 👉 For more information, visit our homepage or contact us directly. Im Zulauf befindet sich unser neues Acid Mix Skid 🎉 Mit diesem automatisch gesteuerten System entfällt ein Vormischen, was den Zeit- und Arbeitsaufwand deutlich verkürzt. Zusätzlich zu Säure und Wasser lassen sich bis zu drei Additive einmischen, wodurch wir in unseren Anwendungen höchstmögliche Flexibilität und Effizienz erreichen. Die dabei an die Hochdruckpumpen abzugebende Rate liegt bei bis zu 3.500 l/min. 🚀 MANTIS FIRST OIL WELL SUCCESSFULLY PLUGGED AND ABANDONED  🚀   Milestone unlocked! Mantis has successfully abandoned its first oil well for Vermilion Energy—efficient, safe, and zero incidents. Every compliance box ticked, with the German mining authority approval secured, and the ATEX upgrade was a resounding success. Compact, low-impact, remote, robotized—exactly what the industry has been waiting for.    A massive thank you to Vermilion Energy for putting their trust in Mantis and giving us the opportunity to prove our capabilities on the big stage. Proudly introducing the specially customized Combined Catch and Injection Tool (CCIT) 👍 Our task: 1. Pump cleaning fluid for dissolving paraffine blockage below set production packer in oil well 2. Keep required expenditure as low as possible, thus excluding treatments via coil tubing and complex workover applications Our challenge: 1. Torn GRE-tubing above production packer impedes pathway for commonly used downhole tools 2. Bottleneck in casing hinders effective removal of GRE-tubing prior to FES-treatment Our solution: In close collaboration with our client, the FES-tool experts planned, constructed, and optimized the fit-for-purpose Combined Catch and Injection Tool (CCIT).
