    🦋DER JOY-INDEX 🦋– und warum FREUDE im Job eine wichtige KPI für mich ist Letzte Woche beim EmpowHER Dinner von Alisa sprachen Caroline und ich im Fireside-Chat über unsere Gründungsgeschichten. Ich teilte u.a. wie sich meine Rolle als CEO von femtasy / Pink Internet GmbH in den letzten Monaten verändert hat, insbesondere seitdem ich unser Management-Team erweitert & damit einige operative Aufgaben abgegeben habe. Besonders wichtig ist mir heute, wie viel FREUDE mir meine tägliche Arbeit bringt. Es geht nicht mehr nur um Produktivität und Resilienz, sondern auch darum, wie viel positive Energie mir meine täglichen Aufgaben (zurück-)geben. 𝗗𝗶𝗲 Ü𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗵: (1) Was stecke ich rein und wie viel Energie "nehmen" mir meine Aufgaben (auf einer Skala von 1-10)? (2) Wie viel Energie geben mit meine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten zurück (auf einer Skala von 1-10)? Diese beiden Zahlen vergleiche ich und nenne das den 🦋 𝗝𝗢𝗬-𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗫 🦋. Ich bin überzeugt, dass dieser langfristig (mindestens) im Gleichgewicht sein sollte und dass gerade diese WAHRE FREUDE an den eigenen Aufgaben langfristig zu Top-Performance führt.     ⭐ 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 — femtasy finally has a CMO, whoop whoop! ⭐ Writing this with a big, BIG smile on my face: Hristina Hristova became femtasy’s Chief Marketing Officer and I couldn’t be more excited about the expertise, ambition, and energy she brings. It really does feel like a match made in heaven, and I can’t wait to grow femtasy to new levels together! 🚀 RECAP — what has happened: 𝗝𝗮𝗻: From January onwards, finding a CMO was my top priority, as sustainable fast growth is at the core of femtasy's company strategy. In mid-January, I posted a CMO hiring announcement on LinkedIn, and Hristina and I connected on the same day (the power of networks). 𝗙𝗲𝗯 & 𝗠𝗮𝗿: February and March were intense hiring periods. We received >250 applications with >40 high-quality candidates. I met incredible individuals from all over Europe and it was inspiring, fun & full of lessons (and also a hell lot of work). At the end of March, contracts were signed! 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 & 𝗠𝗮𝘆: In mid-April, Hristina and I went on our first offsite together, discussing current challenges, and getting her up to speed quickly. In May, we officially started working together – with a rocket start, developing our growth strategy until the end of 2024 and holding a strategy offsite with the whole team. And now it's the end of June, and it feels as if Hristina and I have known each other for years already. Why? Because we 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 click. Our ambitions and work ethics are super aligned. Our skills are complementary. And while our approaches and tactics often differ, we run towards the same strategic goals, broadening each other’s perspectives. I deeply believe we are unstoppable, and I can’t wait to see femtasy develop with you by my side! 🚀 Special shoutout and major 'thank you' to Emma who made the connection. You have made many people really happy! 💘 And another big ‘thank you’ to everyone who supported along the way by making incredible recommendations, connections, sharing their reach and giving advice.
