Proud to share that FlowShare has advanced to Phase 2 of German Accelerator’s U.S. Market Access Program! German Accelerator by Start2 Group is a highly selective program that empowers German startups to scale internationally, and their mentorship has been game-changing. 🌍 After finishing Phase 1 in July, the impact is already huge. 🚀 Key Lessons So Far: 1. Focus is Everything – The U.S. is a vast market, and narrowing down on where to place our energy has been critical. 2. Persistence Matters – Culturally, the U.S. approach requires far more follow-up, a huge shift from Germany, where persistence can sometimes be seen as pushy (or may I say annoying 😉) 3. Include Advisors Early – This insight from our lead mentor Joshua Amrani has proven invaluable, especially as we’re building traction in our target market. Our journey continues with a sharper focus on commercial goals in Phase 2 (a.k.a. marketing and sales) and I’m thrilled to be sharing it with incredible Phase 2 peers like Laura Katharina Simonow, Helge Meyer and Alexander Stachelhaus, Isabel Fisch, Sven Pietsch and Jan-Moritz Hohn.
