🚨 Food Safety Spotlight on Rocket Salad 🚨 In 2023, we identified #Rocket as a key #risk for bacterial and fungal contamination. To tackle this, we applied our new wash process that has been developed in the last 3 years. The results? A significant reduction in enterobacteria and fungi by several logs in our samples! The recent #salmonella outbreak highlights just how crucial food safety is in Rocket harvesting and processing. Our innovative wash process, set for market #introduction in 2025, will make a major impact using ingredients that stand apart from traditional disinfectants like chlorine or peracetic acid.
