 New Year Greetings 🎄✨ This holiday season, our colleague Ashique Shanmughan shared the joy of celebrating Christmas and New Year in Fort Kochi, Kerala. One highlight? Witnessing India’s largest natural Christmas tree, beautifully lit and vibrant—a perfect symbol of unity and festivity. Another iconic tradition is the burning of the Pappanji effigy at midnight on December 31st. This giant effigy, which has evolved from resembling Santa Claus to the figure of an old man, symbolizes saying goodbye to the old year and welcoming the new—a tradition rich in meaning and community spirit.
