Bake Tech Master: Cookies and Crackers Edition 🍪 Over the past three days, participants from all over the world had the opportunity to receive a unique training in bakery production technologies, gaining access to advanced knowledge and experience that ensure a competitive edge in the ever-changing bakery sector. The contributions from 12 expert speakers were essential to the success of the course, enriching both the lectures and the hands-on experience in the new GEA Bakery Experience Center, a technological laboratory featuring two state-of-the-art production lines. The students had the opportunity to join the GEA Bakery Team in production trials, during which they studied the processing of four kinds of soft dough cookies (rotary moulded, wirecut, deposited, coextruded) as well as crackers, all baked with the electric oven. For GEA Bakery, the Bake Tech Master represents much more than just a course. It is our commitment to getting closer to market needs through advanced skills and strong collaborations with industrial partners and the academic world, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and offer solutions that meet the expectations of the industry and our customers. Together, we are fostering an environment where we can learn, share, interact, and grow, paving the way for a promising future.
