Together for Liliana 🧡 Over the past few weeks, we have been collecting donations for little Liliana from Liebshausen (next to Rheinböllen, our headquarters), who is fighting leukaemia at the age of 5. In order to help as much as possible, we launched an internal campaign: At an event, we gave away our older sports and leisure wear collection with our new logo in exchange for a donation for Liliana. Collaboration across locations - how do our facilities work together? 🤝 Our location in Croatia is an important capacity hub for Rheinböllen. Some projects are pre-assembled in Croatia and then commissioned in Rheinböllen. In order to optimize cooperation between the sites, numerous processes have been standardized and digitalized in recent years. Since last year, for example, each module has been provided with a QR code, which can be used to exchange feedback digitally. Freisprechung für die einen, Ansporn für die anderen. Letzte Woche fand unsere offizielle Freisprechung statt, ein gemütliches Beisammensein zum Ende der Ausbildung mit allen, die mittel- und unmittelbar mit dem Thema Ausbildung zu tun haben. Es gab durchweg gute, manchmal sehr gute, Prüfungsergebnisse, die wir bei dieser Gelegenheit gefeiert haben. So haben wir nun weitere 2 kaufmännische und 5 gewerbliche Azubis, die ihre Prüfung bestanden haben, der Rest hat die Abschlussprüfung vorgezogen. Einer der mutigsten Teilnehmer stand aber ganz still in zweiter Reihe mit dabei: leider kommt es manchmal vor, dass nicht alle die Prüfung bestehen, so auch in diesem Jahr. Nach solch einem Misserfolg trotzdem die Einladung anzunehmen in dem Wissen, dass man nicht zu denen gehören wird, die mit Handschlag einen Umschlag überreicht bekommen und im Rampenlicht stehen, das ist schon eine sehr große Leistung, die nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll. Auch er wird es schaffen und auch er wird feststellen, dass es in ein paar Jahren niemanden interessiert, ob es im ersten oder im zweiten Anlauf geklappt hat. So wünsche ich allen wie immer alles Gute auf ihrem weiteren Weg!
