Jahresabschlussdinner der Hinterland of Things Allianz – Ein inspirierender Abend in der Founders Foundation gGmbH Foundation! 🎉 Wir blicken auf einen fantastischen Abend in der Founders Foundation gGmbH zurück – ein großes Dankeschön an alle, die dabei waren! 🙌 Neben spannenden Impulsvorträgen und einer interaktiven KI-Masterclass gab es zahlreiche Gelegenheiten zum Networking und Austausch von Ideen. Paula Cipierre, Director of Data Ethics & Innovation bei ADA Learning, hat mit ihrem Vortrag zu KI-Entwicklungen 2024 und der Roadmap für 2025 neue Perspektiven auf die Zukunft der KI-Regulierung eröffnet. 🤖 Das Immersive Innovation Dinner, mit der KI Masterclass von Thies Hofmann (Managing Partner bei Bridgemaker), brachte uns Innovation im Familienunternehmen auf eine ganz neue Weise näher. 💬 "Sprecht so oft es geht über euch und euer Startup!" Diesen Tipp geben wir all unseren (angehenden) Gründern in den Programmen der Founders Foundation gGmbH. Doch gerade in der ersten Validierungsphase einer Gründung ist dieser gut gemeinte Tipp eher als strikte Arbeitsanweisung zu verstehen. Denn nur wer raus aus dem eigenen Kopf geht, mit Mentoren, Marktteilnehmern, Zielkunden und möglichen Wettbewerbern spricht, wird die eigene Startup Idee und das Problem, das es zu lösen gilt, präzise analysieren können und daraus ein Geschäftsmodell entwickeln. Meine Teilnehmer der aktuellen EdTech Next Academy haben sich diesen „Rat“ besonders zu Herzen genommen und am vergangenen Samstag passend zur Halbzeit des Programms ihre Business Cases vor den anderen Teilnehmern und einer ausgewählten Jury gepitcht. 😍 Ganze 15 Pitches durfte unsere Jury bestehend aus Philipp Schulte (Studiendirektor am Carl-Severing-Berufskolleg für Wirtschaft & Verwaltung Bielefeld), Yasemin Kesti (Co-Founder & CEO JoBooking) und Glenn Töws (Co-Founder stagewise) bewerten und den Teilnehmern ehrliches Feedback zu ihren Ideen und dem Status Quo ihrer Validierung geben. Danke liebe Jury für euren Einsatz und das richtungsweisende Feedback an die Teilnehmer! 👏 Ein riesiges Shoutout geht an die 15 Teams und Sologründer, die sich getraut haben, am Samstag erstmals zu pitchen: Emanuel, Marco, Sanna, Elias, Isabell, Ufuk, Dr. Julia, Mia, Oliver, Catherina, Thanh Binh, Landolo Moïse, Jessica, Gerd, Lee James - so inspirierend zu sehen, was ihr im Zuge der Academy aufbaut! 🎯 Wir bewegen uns nun stark auf die Zielgerade zu. Zum Pitch Day am 11. Dezember haben wir die Qual der Wahl, 4 Teams zu nominieren, die auf der großen Bühne in der Wissenswerkstadt Bielefeld pitchen dürfen. Hattet ihr am Tag der Hinterland of Things Konferenz die Qual der Wahl? Haben euch Dinge interessiert, die gleichzeitig stattgefunden haben und ihr musstet euch entscheiden, zu welchem Panel ihr hin geht? Das “entweder oder”-Gefühl war nur temporär bedingt, den das AUSSENBORDER Filmproduktion GmbH Team hat für uns die Bühnen mitgefilmt und inzwischen ist das Material geschnitten (Marius, Nils 🦾🦾🦾) und auch das letzte Video auf unserem Youtube-Channel Hinterland of Things hochgeladen, sodass ihr nun die volle Bandbreite von der Bühne sehen könnt - entspannt vom Sofa aus. Schöner Nebeneffekt: jetzt können wir als Team die Inhalte auch erleben. Und das zum ersten Mal. Denn am Tag der Konferenz kommt von uns niemand dazu, sich Panels anzuschauen, weil wir mit so vielen anderen Dingen beschäftigt sind. Wahnsinn, was für tolle Menschen dort ihr Wissen und ihre Gedanken mit uns geteilt haben. Das Gesagte ist auch heute noch sehr aktuell und ich glaube, wir alle können daraus noch etwas mitnehmen. Ich habe noch das ein oder andere Panel offen, das ich mir in den nächsten Tagen und Wochen gemütlich auf dem Sofa ansehen werde.
