Our linear image sensor expert Stefan Kraus will give an exciting presentation on linear image sensors with optimized pixel geometry for facilitated assembly at this year's Fachpressetage Stutensee, organized by rbs Redaktionsbüro Stutensee. Alex Homburg and team, thank you very much for organizing! Optical linear image sensors convert incident light into an electrical signal on a pixel-by-pixel basis. The measuring principle is used, for example, in distance detection by means of triangulation, in contact image sensors and in spectroscopy. With the iC-LFMB, iC-Haus is now expanding its portfolio to include a particularly easy to align linear image sensor. The new iC-LFMB uses the same pixel pitch as the established iC-LFM line sensor, but offers a larger pixel area. The wider light sensitive area allows for increased tolerances, thus, easing assembly and adjustment.
