It was a pleasure discussing the outstanding biocapacitance methodology and how it supports 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in brewing processes.     𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲? 🔬 Accurate cell counting is crucial in #celltherapy, as it directly influences dosing, efficacy, and safety. However, several challenges are complicating the cell counting process, such as: • 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐢𝐭𝐲: Therapeutic cell populations often consist of diverse cell types with varying sizes and morphologies, making precise counts challenging. • 𝐕𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Distinguishing between live and dead cells is crucial. Traditional dyes like trypan blue may not accurately indicate cell viability, especially after freeze-thaw cycles. • 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Samples may contain unwanted cells or debris, leading to inaccurate counts.     𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬? ⏱️ In high-throughput workflows, 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 are everything. Yet, many cell counting methods can’t keep pace with the demands large-scale workflows—especially when methods rely on time-consuming dyes or require larger sample volumes that are costly and reduce efficiency.
