Pioneering on all levels - Filip Raketic represented INERATEC at the European Hydrogen Week 2024 in Brussels, where Jorgo Chatzimarkakis from Hydrogen Europe launched the “Digital Product Pass”. The goal of this innovative tool is to provide full transparency across the entire chain of custody for #eSAF (electric Sustainable Aviation Fuel, made from electricity and CO2). As a pioneering partner, INERATEC worked together with Hydrogen Europe in this project and contributed information on the eSAF that will be produced at our pioneer plant in Frankfurt am Main. The Digital Product Pass will enable stakeholders to access detailed information about the origin and the entire production process of the eSAF, promoting sustainability and accountability in the hydrogen sector. 🚚 On the move – pioneer plant in progress! 🚀 The next containers for the third and final module of our pioneer #eFuel plant are on their way - from our production hall in Karlsruhe to their destination in the industrial park in Frankfurt Höchst! 🛠️ This successive construction and installation is another huge advantage of our modular approach. While the first two modules have been installed at site and are currently being tested, the construction in Karlsruhe went on, delivering container after container: ready for installation. 🌳 When all three modules are installed, the plant will reach a total capacity of 7 MW, reaching the capacity of up to 2,500 tons of sustainable e-Fuels per year. In the process, up to 8,000 tons of CO₂ will be recycled annually - equivalent to the amount absorbed by 750,000 trees. 👀 Follow the progress of our pioneer plant and watch how we pursue our mission of #FuelingFutureMobility!

Bill Gates. Scale. Speed. Europe, let's do it! On Monday in Berlin, Breakthrough Energy , Energy Resilience Leadership Group and Cleantech for Europe hosted a highly relevant roundtable discussion on the "New Clean Industrial Deal for Europe - How Europe and Germany can regain competitiveness and lower the cost of the energy transition". I was extremely honored to represent INERATEC in this conversation with Breakthrough Energy founder Bill Gates and State Secretary of the German Chancellary Jörg Kukies, perfectly organized and moderated by Ann Mettler. Amongst many high-level industry experts, it was a great opportunity to raise the voice for cleantech scale-ups that are key to make the energy transition a reality and grow the #NextEra of clean industry, made in Europe. My message: 🔹De-risking the energy transition with modular solutions such as INERATEC 's e-Fuel technology (see also wind, solar, batteries, electrolysers) is the way to go! 🔹Germany, powerhouse of engineering, focus on what we are good at and use it for clean industries! 🔹Europe, such great potential for innovation, but only scaling-up brings impact (climate, jobs, competitiveness)! 🔹Europe, scaling-up hardware costs money, step up the funding game to compete globally! A big day for Power-to-X - kicking-off the third funding phase of the state-funded Kopernikus Project in Frankfurt 🚀 🌎 Last week, the industrial park Höchst in Frankfurt became a hub for innovation and research for the energy systems of the future, as all project partners gathered at the P2X Day. 🌱 INERATEC was happy to host a special highlight of the program: A guided tour of our pioneer plant. Isabel Fisch gave them first-hand insights into the progress made since the first funding phase in 2018. This event offered a unique opportunity to experience the rapid technological progress and scaling of our Power-to-X plant in recent years. 📈 Back in 2018, with support from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung), we embarked on an ambitious journey in phase 1 of the Kopernikus P2X project. The world’s first fully integrated plant in 2019 marked a groundbreaking milestone with a daily production capacity of 1 liter of #eSAF using Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology. In 2024, we will now reach a capacity of 1000 liters per day! 💡 The Kopernikus project goes beyond one single aspect of Power-to-X technology - it encompasses many related aspects that are of vital importance to the energy transition. Synthetic fuels play a crucial role in this context and INERATEC is proud to be at the forefront of this field. #eSAF #NextEra
