The flexible and high-precision machine for your automation idea! Together with #SCHUNKElectronicSolutionsGmbH and the #CoLab, a stand-alone router was created that uses our bio-inspired grippers for automated microhandling! 🤝 It enables high placement accuracy through high precision linear motor axis and modern control technology. ⚙ Through the fast but sensitive handling of objects, cycle times can be shortened, and scrap can be minimized. ✅ 🔁 What one cycle looks like: ▶ The lens gets picked up from a tray by an adhesive gripper ⏸ It is held in place in front of a camera for optical quality control ▶ Using shearing as a release mechanism, the lens is placed in another tray ⏩ The system quickly checks that there is no lens on the gripper any more ▶ The gripper is tapped on residue free tape for cleaning 🎬 Check out the video to get insights into the machine! 📢 Don't miss the chance to see the SAR Compact Microhandling for the first time at Medical Technology Ireland in Galway, Ireland today and tomorrow! #TeamTakeover Microhandling Development 👓 When producing microstructures, almost everything is possible, except seeing what you’re actually creating with naked eyes 💬 When a new request comes in for a microhandling gripper development, our sales team discusses the technical requirements with our microhandling expert Amirabbas.
