We would like to thank all participants and helping hands for making this event quite memorable. A special thank you goes to our founding fathers and everybody contributing to 20 successful years. Together we developed a unique Global Supply Solution: from basic to complex tailor-made supplies and digital tools, and we are looking forward to the next 20 years as The Global Supply Solution in our field.

INPACS HQ Bee Travel Challenge and the Donation to Doctors Without Borders Last year, the INPACS headquarter introduced the Bee Travel Challenge to encourage sustainable travel by encouraging our team to choose non-flight journeys. “Bees” were collected for every trip taken by train, carpool, or another sustainable option. The challenge aimed to raise awareness of eco-friendly travel while actively reducing our CO2 emissions. Thanks to the dedication and enthusiasm of our team the challenge was a great success! As part of the challenge, the funds earned were divided into two parts: one part will be donated to a meaningful cause and the other part will be used for a team event. We’re excited to announce that the INPACS team has chosen to donate the money to Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières), an organization known for providing life-saving medical care in conflict zones and communities in need around the world. The team event to celebrate this achievement will take place soon. A big thank you to everyone at the INPACS head office for their commitment to reducing flights and embracing sustainable travel! #OneTeam #CorporateResponsibility #DoctorsWithoutBorders #GivingBack #HealthcareForAll

It was very insightful to hear Masiar Emanuel Nashat speak about the danger of organisations "getting stuck" in change processes at our Sustainability School in May. Do not miss out on watching the recording on our website! https://lnkd.in/eDFKSWS6
Getting Organizations Unstuck - Former Basketball Coach | Trainer & Strategy Advisor | EIT Expert for Culture & Creativity | JoinPolitics Fellow | Teach First Deutschland Alumnus
The truth is: Teams get stuck. You know what stops them? Fear of loss. Over the last 10 years, I've been working with teams from international startups, midsize companies, and corporates on their route to new processes, services, and products. Here's what I learned: 👏 When I started I kept thinking that the core problem is that teams do not have creative ideas or the fancy tools to deal with innovation. I even started a consulting network just to solve exactly for that problem. I could not have been more wrong! 🤨 While working with 200+ teams, I got to know the smartest and most amazing people - from companies like Bayer, Viessmann, Tesla, Siemens, and so many more. I've also met the hardest working people in startups and government organizations, all eager to make this country a better place. So what did I mainly see? Teams get stuck. 🎯 You know what stops them? Not the missing ideas; not innovation process or the unfinished pitch decks. What does stop them, is being too comfortable with the status quo. Or to be even more precise: Anticipated losses from the possible change ahead. These expected, often invalidated losses can occur on three levels: The individual level, the process level, and the cultural level. ✅ You want to learn more? Listen to the talk I gave at the Amsterdam fair in May and feel free to download the Loss Awareness Canvas (LAC) from my new website: https://lnkd.in/eQPCgbWt 👈 One more thing: I can't solve this alone. I need your help to bring honest conversations about loss - in teams as well as in our society. So please help me spread the word. And thanks to Elisabeth Heid & Judit Teichert for also raising awareness on this topic! 🎉 My talk in Amsterdam at the INPACS GmbH Sustainability School: https://lnkd.in/ew_HexKD

Ensuring that environmental claims made by companies are reliable, comparable, and verifiable has become more difficult for consumers to determine. Julia Dawson, Sustainability Product and Services Programme Manager at Kimberly-Clark Professional EMEA, spoke about the effects of this law for all market players at our Sustainability School at the Interclean. Here is her interesting summary to this presentation. Additionally, the full recording of the presentation will be available on our website https://lnkd.in/eDFKSWS6 soon.
