However, insurers are faced with the situation of not being able to decide the majority of claims within seconds, as each claim must be thoroughly assessed before a decision can be made. As each claim is unique, an individual assessment is essential, which means that an instant decision is not always possible. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀? 2️⃣ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀  Recent research has revealed that the level of empathy demonstrated during the claims settlement process has a more significant impact on customer satisfaction than the speed of settlement. This finding underscores the importance of a thoughtful approach to claims processing. 3️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜  In light of these insights, I believe that Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a crucial role in enhancing the claims settlement and automation of process. AI empowers claims adjusters to make faster decisions by quickly analysing hundreds of pages of complex claims records. It provides clear and concise summaries that assist adjusters in making accurate decisions efficiently. Additionally, AI can identify potentially fraudulent claims, which helps to reduce costs and minimise wait times for customers. 4️⃣ 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 The time saved through AI analysis and automation allows claims adjusters to focus more on the individual needs of customers and their specific situations. This shift not only improves operational efficiency but also enhances the overall customer experience. 🏁 𝗠𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻! I support a collaborative approach between AI and human claim adjusters. By leveraging the strengths of both, the claims settlement process can become more efficient while maintaining the necessary empathy that is vital for customer satisfaction. I can confidently say that we at INZMO have achieved a symbiosis of claims automation and human interaction with our customers. A study by Accenture found that 83% of customers want to be kept informed throughout the claims process. 𝗜𝗡𝗭𝗠𝗢: Through our improved claim filling flow, we keep our customers up to date, so they have always an understanding what comes next.   3️⃣ 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Customers expect a fair assessment of their claims. Research indicates that 60% of policyholders believe that their claims should be handled with integrity and fairness. 𝗜𝗡𝗭𝗠𝗢: Treating our customers correct and fair is in our DNA. Our rating after claim filling proofs that we are in a good place.   4️⃣ 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝘀𝗲: A seamless and user-friendly claims process is essential. According to a report by Deloitte, 75% of customers prefer digital channels for submitting claims. 𝗜𝗡𝗭𝗠𝗢: Our improved digital claim filling flow help customers to report their claims in a minimum time and with minimum effort.   As we strive to meet all of these expectations, let’s remember that our goal is not just to settle claims, but to build trust and foster long-term relationships with our customers.
