Technology supporting healthcare workers 🤖❤️🩹 Today, we share an example of how technology and healthcare institutions in Germany are collaborating to improve working conditions for nurses, doctors, and hospital staff. Robotic technology has become an ally in hospitals, ensuring healthy meals are available for healthcare workers during night shifts and outside regular canteen hours. The robot, developed by the German startup goodBytz, can prepare up to 3,000 meals daily. Tröste Teddy Aktion 🧸 K&K und die Tröste Teddy Aktion der Kinderhilfe in der Sana Klinikum Offenbach. Freudige Momente für die kleinen Patienten. Unsere Head of Sales Annika Hantke übergab am 10. Dezember einen ganzen Schwung Tröste Teddys an die leitende Erzieherin der Sana Klinik Frau Elke Lenz. Sie vergibt die Teddys in der Notaufnahme immer dann, wenn die Kinder besondere Unterstützung benötigen. Frau Lenz dankt K&K sehr, da solche Dinge für die Kinder im dringend gebraucht werden. Auch im Namen von K&K CEO Doreen Ziehnert wollen wir Martin Zisst von der Kinderhilfe danken für seinen unermüdlichen Einsatz und die herzliche Betreuung. Wir betrachten es als großes Privileg, Teil der Tröste Teddy Aktion zu sein. Und wie immer geht der Dank von K&K an alle hingebungsvollen Pflegefachkräfte rund um den Globus. Nikolaus-Besuch von K&K in der Kinderklinik Braunschweig, Städtisches Klinikum Braunschweig gGmbH - Ein Tag voller Freude und Hoffnung gemeinsam mit der Kinderhilfe.🎄🧸 Am 6. Dezember durften wir den kleinen Patienten des Klinikums Braunschweig einen riesigen Sack voller Kinderhilfe Tröste Teddys schenken. So kam ein wenig Licht in den Krankenhausalltag der Kinder auf der kinderonkologischen Station.  Es war ein bewegender Tag, an dem sich unser Senior Sales Consultant Alexander Häcker mit Ärzten und Pflegefachkräften über Herausforderungen und Hoffnungen in der Kinderbetreuung austauschte. Besonders beeindruckend war an diesem Tag auch die Aktion der Feuerwehr, die Spiderman, Batman und Weihnachtsmann vom Dach der Klinik abseilte. Die Kinder konnten dieses Spektakel aus den Fenstern beobachten – ein unvergesslicher Moment für die kleinen Patienten. Alexander Häcker als frisch gebackenen Vater war tief berührt, den Kindern und ihren Eltern in dieser schweren Zeit auch im Namen unserer CEO Doreen Ziehnert ein wenig Freude zu schenken.  Unser aller Dank geht besonders an die Pflegefachkräfte der Klinikums Braunschweig für ihre Hingabe und Professionalität in diesem anspruchsvollen Aufgabenbereich. A day full of joy and hope with Kinderhilfe 🎄🧸 On 6th December, we had the privilege of bringing joy to the young patients at the Braunschweig Children's Hospital with a large sack of Kinderhilfe Comforting Teddy Bears. These gifts brightened the day for the children in the pediatric oncology ward, bringing a little light into their hospital stay. It was a touching day, with our Senior Sales Consultant Alexander Häcker engaging in meaningful conversations with doctors and nurses about the challenges and hopes in pediatric care. One of the day’s highlights was when the fire brigade lowered Spiderman, Batman, and Santa Claus from the hospital roof. The children watched in awe from their windows, creating an unforgettable moment for everyone involved. As a new father, Alexander Häcker was especially moved to bring some joy to the children and their families during this challenging time, also on behalf of our CEO Doreen Ziehnert.  We would especially like to thank the nursing staff at Braunschweig Hospital for their dedication and professionalism in this demanding field. The nurses April, Princess, and Ariana landed in Berlin from the Philippines to fulfil their dream of becoming nurses in Germany. They will work as nurses at a hospital in Greifswald. The K&K back-office team welcomed the three at the airport. Despite many hours of travel, the nurses smiled, showing the joy of achieving their dream. 💙 Our support during the nursing expatriation process to Germany continues even after the candidates arrive.
