KACO new energy, a subsidiary of Siemens AG, is amongst the world’s largest manufacturers of solar PV inverters. The product line-up recommends itself for the full power spectrum from PV systems for single-family homes and commercial and industrial enterprises to solar parks producing megawatts of electricity. KACO new energy is based in Neckarsulm, near Stuttgart, Germany and has supplied more than 900.000 inverters since 1999. The company was the first inverter manufacturer to achieve fully carbon-neutral production as early as 2006. Today, the offering also includes hybrid and battery inverters for energy storage, accessories for grid management and operations and maintenance services. In 2014, KACO new energy celebrated the centenary of the original company which was one of the first suppliers of inverters in the late 1930s.

Warum ist das KACO-Gerät der Gamechanger? Teil 3: Wie unser Wechselrichter durch optimiertes Derating Kunden Geld spart Photovoltaik-Wechselrichter stehen oft vor einer Herausforderung: Extreme Temperaturen können ihre Leistung drastisch beeinflussen, was die Ertragsstabilität beeinträchtigt. Unser blueplanet 100/125 NX3 hebt sich durch ein besonders spätes Derating hervor und liefert auch bei hohen Temperaturen optimale Ergebnisse. Was bedeutet spätes Derating? Während herkömmliche Wechselrichter bereits bei Temperaturen um 45°C teilweise abschalten oder ihre Leistung stark reduzieren, beginnt unser Wechselrichter erst bei ca. 55-60°C mit einer sanften Leistungsreduzierung – ohne komplettes Abschalten. 🔍 Vorteile für den Kunden: 🔹 Höhere Erträge: Gerade auf Dächern, die im Sommer oft überhitzen, bleibt die Anlage länger leistungsstark. Studien zeigen, dass ein spätes Derating zu einem Mehrertrag von bis zu 6 % führen kann. 🔹 Sanfte Leistungsanpassung: Statt abrupter Abschaltungen reduziert der Wechselrichter die Leistung stufenweise, was den Energiefluss stabil hält und Ausfälle vermeidet. 🔹 Langlebigkeit durch SiC-Technologie: Die verwendete Siliziumkarbid-Technologie gewährleistet eine robuste Komponentenleistung selbst bei hohen Temperaturen und steht für Langlebigkeit. SiC sorgt gleichzeitig für eine gleichmäßigere Stromausgabe, die Systemeffizienz steigert und zu einer optimalen Energieverteilung führt. Technologie, die den Unterschied macht: Unser Wechselrichter kombiniert innovative Komponentenauslegung und einen Weltklasse- #1 Wirkungsgrad von 99,1 %, um auch bei widrigen Bedingungen Spitzenleistungen zu liefern.
