From small beginnings in 2000, when company founder Lorenz Bohle established the plant, we have steadily expanded our focus on handling machines and the production of container blenders and handling components. 🎉As we celebrate the 25th anniversary of our Sassenberg plant, we recognize that our success is built on more than just machines - it's built on people. Over the years, we've grown not only in size but also in talent, welcoming many new, dedicated colleagues who have helped us reach new milestones! The commitment and enthusiasm of our whole team have been key drivers of our continued growth, and we are excited continuing our journey of innovation and progress. 💙Here’s to many more years of teamwork, success, and achieving new milestones together!  

⚙️Over the past few weeks, we've been excited to share insights into the development on our compact granulation module consisting of a BFS 480 Fluid Bed System and a  GMA 1200 High-Shear. Now, we're proud to announce a key achievement: the successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) last week. 👨🔧The machine is now being carefully prepared for its journey to Mexico. We promise to keep you updated as it progresses, so be sure to follow along! 💙Many thanks to our dedicated team members whose tireless efforts have made this possible. This achievement reflects our united spirit and commitment to quality! 🚀Exciting times lie ahead as more projects are on the horizon. Follow our channel for more insights during the FAT!   ⚡𝐁𝐅𝐂 𝟒𝟎𝟎 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫: The installation process is accordingly running to plan. Mechanical and electrical components coming together. 👨🔧𝐕𝐌𝐀 𝟔𝟎𝟎 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞-𝐏𝐨𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐓𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐒𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞: The integration of  a microwave drying system is  a key feature that enhances the single-pot granulation process. The combination of mixing, high-shear wet granulation, and drying in a fully contained system makes this machine perfectly suitable for efficient wet granulation processing. 𝟐𝟎 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐡! 🎉 2025 marks the 20th anniversary of our Service Center in Ennigerloh. Since opening in 2005, it's been a key location for testing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. 💡 At our Service Center in Germany, our customers can test our machines for all process steps in the production of pharmaceutical solids production and optimize their processes. Production facilities for batch sizes between 10 and 30 kg have been installed. Each unit is placed in an open box configuration to ensure easy access for product testing and demonstration, perfectly simulating a standard pharmaceutical production line. 👩🔬 As we look back on two decades of service excellence, we are grateful to our dedicated team and the partnerships that have driven us forward. To do this, we regularly review our workflows to stay efficient and ready for the future. 👨🔧Last week, we took a deep dive into our manufacturing operations to identify new opportunities for improvement. Over three days, our team closely examined and documented key processes with a service provider to make them even more efficient and digital. 💡This exchange provided valuable insights and fresh perspectives on our daily operations. A big thank you to all colleagues who actively contributed and shared their expertise! 🔜 The data collected is now being carefully analysed with the aim of providing our customers with the perfect products at all times.
