💛Mental health matters. And it’s OK to ask for help.📞 At AutoScout24 Group, supporting mental health has long been part of our Health Program. Just recently, we launched our First Aider program, in which colleagues from all our locations are specially trained to provide mental health first aid.🤝 To further reduce any stigma associated with mental health in the workplace, we’re now taking it to the next level: We’ve launched voiio, our Employee Assistance Program. It offers confidential, multilingual support for personal and professional challenges – whether it’s stress, financial concerns, relationship issues, or generally finding a better work-life balance. In addition to workshops, courses, and guides for all life situations, voiio also provides anonymous psychosocial counseling – for our employees as well as for their families.
