Modern medical technology needs plastics – but how will we deal with upcoming challenges at the interface of these technologies?🤔 #Leipzig had some answers this week: At the annual ‘Plastics Meets Medical Technology’ conference, both industries came together to learn more about the latest research and trends. The ultimate aim: to drive innovation and improve patient care. Highlights of the two days included:   👉 Numerous technical presentations and case studies, with exciting insights into innovative materials, processing technologies, and applications 👉 Field trip to the Kunststoff-Zentrum in Leipzig gGmbH (KUZ), with live demonstrations of processes and manufacturing technologies for the medtech industry 👉 Relaxed networking evening at Leipzig’s great Oldtimer Museum Da Capo, with plenty of opportunity to chat and exchange ideas   Many thanks to the KUZ and its Director Dr. Matthias R.
