It’s been a year since I joined LillianCare. A year of learning, of pushing boundaries, of figuring things out as we go. A year of working with a team that is not only driven but deeply committed to what we’re building. These aren’t just smart people—they’re people who care. Experts in their fields, yes, but also individuals who show up every day determined to make a difference.
A few weeks ago, we moved into our new headquarters. It still smells like fresh paint and possibility. As I stand here, I can already picture the space changing—desks filling up, new faces joining, teams forming, and the quiet hum of work turning into the buzz of something bigger.
On the wall, we have a map of Germany. Every time we open up a new LillianCare partner practice, we add a magnetic LillianCare symbol. Right now, there’s space between them, but I can see it in my mind—how, over the years, those dots will multiply, spreading across the country. Each one representing a place where patients have better access to general care. Each one proof of what we’re building.
I imagine us at the end of a long day, sitting in our chill area, drinks in hand, looking back: Remember that challenge? Remember how we figured it out? Because that’s what this is—figuring it out, together. And that’s what makes it exciting.
Coming from a structured corporate world, stepping into something this raw, this real, has been both exhilarating and humbling. There’s no blueprint, no safety net. But there is momentum. There is a vision. And most importantly, there are people who believe in it.
I’m here for all of it. The wins, the struggles, the moments we’ll laugh about later. The work that is still ahead of us. Because what we’re building isn’t just a company—it’s something that matters. And that’s a journey worth being on.
