Best award for trainees 2024 – Chamber of Commerce and Industry Saarland   On November 20st, 2024, the IHK Saarland (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) opened its doors to honor the best trainees of the year for their outstanding final results. We at LMS are very proud and pleased to announce that our former trainee Philipp Kassel has completed his final examination as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology with the best result in the country. We would like to congratulate him and, of course, all those involved colleagues who contributed to this success. Special thanks at this point to our trainer Arthur Kosjatschenko, who not only supported Philipp, but also all the other 2024 graduates, who also achieved good results! For this purpose, LMS was presented with a certificate of honor for its excellent training by the IHK Saarland. We are very delighted to have been able to support and encourage them in their professional development. This year, the LMS was again represented at the career information day at the Hermann Hesse School in Obertshausen.   Pupils are shown a wide range of options when choosing a career. Choosing a career is perhaps the biggest decision that young people have to make in their young lives. As a company, we are aware of this responsibility, so it is a matter of course for us to be available to answer questions from young people again with the training team and our trainees. This is often the first contact with the "world after school". In combination with school internships, we have already been able to recruit first future and already active LMS trainees.   In discussions with other training companies and also with the mayor of the city of Obertshausen, Manuel Friedrich, the increasing difficulties in recruiting young talent were addressed, which is why we are encouraged to come back next year to present ourselves as a company with a promising future. Summer party - Plant Obertshausen Today our plant Obertshausen celebrated the yearly summer party 🌞 It was a beautiful and sunny day to enjoy a variousity of regional and also spanish food 🥘. Highlight as every year have been the plant tours for family members. Another time they have been impressed to get insights about the plant but also about the working place of their loved ones. For our small guests we had bouncy castles, cotton & normal candy, ice cream, football table, table tennis which they totally enjoyed. Thanks to all our visitors today for that wonderful day.

Welcome to our team! The constant development of our team is one of the main priorities within LMS for a successful future! We are therefore proud to welcome 12 new trainees in our LMS locations Obertshausen, Sulzbach & Idar-Oberstein. They will now enjoy a strong apprenticeship in various professions as f.e.
