That’s why we constantly work on features that let you have the best experience not only while you are using our apps but also during your dates. How we do that? Yes, our work is mainly digital🤳, but we’re nearly as good in the analog world ✨: A couple of days ago our best Jenga stackers, most daring Catan settlers and cleverest name coders assambled to spend an entire evening full of board game fun in our #Dresden office. And the result was an amazing evening to remember. Pub quiz, game night or film premiere – our #TeamLove also maintains valuable connections away from the laptop and desk. 🤝 At almost all of our locations, various colleagues have come together to share their interests and have a good time at the hashtag #Afterwork or at the weekend. Some meet for the monthly Dungeons & Dragons session in the #Heartquarter, others organize regular board game evenings or watch sneak previews of the most exciting new films together. And our colleagues from #Hamburg made it onto the podium several times in the Bezzer Quizzer Pubquiz.🏅

For 36 years now, International Coming Out Day has been celebrated on this day in October. As patron of WELCOMING OUT, an initiative that invites people to openly show their support for the queer community, we as #TeamLove are of course involved. Let’s just focus… …on the really important things. That’s what our dear developer colleagues from Germany and the US thought when they met in the #Dresden office and had an entire focus day full of exciting engineering tasks. Because, as great and enriching as it is to have teams with members from different countries and even continents and a very flexible remote work arrangement, sometimes it is just a great chance to meet in person and tackle some topics together. And since our US colleagues were already here in Dresden for a week full of exciting exchange, it just made sense to have them on board at the engineering focus day.     After a whole day of working on one of our currently most important projects together it was time to let the working day end with a cozy pizza dinner. Because, all work issues aside, there is probably no better way to really get to know someone than sharing a pizza together, right? #developers #focus #teamlove

We take off our running caps 🧢🧢🧢 to our dear #teamlove colleagues Vanesa Jaime, Apurva Chandwadkar, Sergey Lyzhin, Ajey Vishal and Mark Dartau from our #Berlin office who mastered the 5.7 km of this year’s B2Run like real pros. A true highlight of the run was finishing in the Olympiastadion in Berlin together with about 17.500 runners from nearly 900 other companies. And, probably the most important part: As the pictures clearly show they had a great time together on the streets of Berlin. #worklovebalance

When was the last time you put someone in the recovery position? And do you know how cardiopulmonary resuscitation works? Many of us take a #firstaid course at some point in our lives - often during driving lessons - but don't refresh our knowledge afterwards. For 50 percent of people in Germany, the last course was 10 years ago*! Our company first aiders in the #Berlin and #Dresden offices have put their skills to the test (just in time for World First Aid Day tomorrow). All 15 participants are therefore once again fully trained to provide their colleagues with up-to-date knowledge in the event of an emergency - whether it's to treat wounds, react quickly and correctly in the event of circulatory weakness or, in the worst case, to be able to perform resuscitation. We are also equipped for emergencies at the #Hamburg office with a total of 25 first aiders and two defibrilators. So, thanks a lot to Falk Weber for organising the current event and of course to our dear colleagues who take part in the trainings to save others if it should be necessary one day. Good to know, you' be around, when needed!
