Words from the heart ❣️ Motherhood is often perceived as a journey of nurturing, guiding, and protecting, but for many, it's also about surrendering and letting go. It's about realizing that control is an illusion and that motherhood isn't about perfection but presence. From the moment a child enters the world, mothers are confronted with the profound truth that they are raising someone who is both a part of them and entirely separate. At first, surrendering means relinquishing the comfort of a predictable routine, sleep schedules, and the freedoms they once had. But as children grow, the need to let go deepens-letting go of expectations The beauty in this surrender is that it opens up a deeper connection. When mothers release control, they are free to embrace the present moment without judgment or fear. They become less focused on outcomes and more on the experience itself-on sharing laughter, listening without judgment, and holding space for whatever comes. This surrender allows for a love that is unconditional and rooted in acceptance. For some, motherhood becomes a practice of letting go, not as a sign of defeat but as an act of deep love and trust. It's trusting that they've done their part, that they've sown seeds of wisdom and strength, and that now it's time to step back and watch their child grow into who they're meant to become. www.mamamuun.de

Our Mama Nursing Tea ingredients have traditionally been used and known to support the production of milk formation. Calming the bodies system during breastfeeding is also essential to an abundance of milk. Skin to skin, warmth and whole mind and body support make breastfeeding flow. We recommend that our herbal teas are used to provide additional support not only relied upon as the only means of ensuring an adequate milk supply. A well balanced diet, rest and hydration as well as in home education and support on breastfeeding will support your supply. Please seek lactation consultants, naturopaths, midwives, nutritionists or doulas to get further support if needed. With Fenugreek, Nettle, Lemon Balm, Raspberry Leaf, Fennel Seed HOT Tip: Bring a tea strainer and empty tea bags to the hospital with you for postpartum, along with your own tea blend for your hospital bag. Often, hospitals only offer options like fennel tea (or other limited choices) at the postpartum station. Some hospitals may have flasks available, but it’s a great idea to bring your own flask so you can enjoy a steady supply of warm, comforting tea during your stay! 🫖🌿 https://lnkd.in/d7nGRJPN

🌷A Heartfelt Announcement to Our Wonderful Community 🌷 After a lot of consideration, sweat, tears, and heartache, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our frozen food range. The rising costs and limited resources have made it impossible for us to continue delivering these wholesome meals as we have done for almost 4 years, purely for the love of postpartum care and the sacred space it holds for new parents. This journey has been an incredible one, filled with so much joy in meeting and supporting so many of you. However, we have reached a crossroad that we simply cannot cross this time. Orders will still be delivered until all meals are sold out, which is expected to be in about 4 weeks. So be quick and don’t miss the chance to stock up your freezer one last time. Though this chapter of frozen meals is closing, we are still here for you! Our beloved Super Mama Goji Energy Treats, Granola, Teas, and Porridges will remain available, and we’ll continue to find new ways to support new parents and mothers. We humbly ask for your continued support by purchasing these products and spreading the word, so we can keep our small business thriving a little longer. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our journey. Your trust and encouragement mean the world to us! If you have any questions, concerns, or ideas, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through our social media channels or via email. We’d love to hear from you. ❤️ With love and gratitude, Shanay + Tabea www.mamamuun.de

Let's talk Vitamin C! 👇 Vitamin C helps boost our immunity after postpartum, our bodies have just gone through so many big changes and this can lead to our immunity being low. Especially with lack of sleep and exhaustion. We also need Vitamin C to absorb iron which is essential for pregnancy and postpartum. Sibling tips when welcoming a new baby 👇 1. Communication: Talk to your older child about the upcoming arrival of the baby. Explain what to expect and involve them in preparations. Books, videos of this new change 2. Involvement: Encourage siblings to help with simple tasks related to the baby, such as picking out clothes or singing lullabies. 3. Quality time: Make sure to spend one-on-one time with each child to reassure them of your love and attention. First weeks you will have to spend resting and in bed so activities that require low movement, taking showers together, watching film in bed, reading new books together, drawing in bed! 4. Patience: Understand that siblings may experience a range of emotions, including jealousy or insecurity. Be patient and supportive. Important to call baby OUR baby and not the baby. 5. Routine: Maintain a consistent routine for older siblings to provide stability during the transition, hiring or getting someone who they trust to take them to daycare or school daily while your partner can focus on your and baby the first week. 6. Gifts : Depending on your family values and thoughts on gifts I personally think becoming a big brother or sister needs celebrating! Choose a gift for our baby can be a nice way to break the ice of this first meeting 7. The first meeting: when introducing baby to their sibling it's important if someone else can hold baby so the older child has full access to you and there is no barriers in between. You both can discover new baby together Remember, every family is unique, so it's essential to tailor these tips to fit your specific situation. www.mamamuun.de

With five kids between us, sleepless nights were definitely a part of our reality. However, it does get better, and you eventually forget about those challenging times. As baby grows and develops it's good to know what other factors can disturb sleep patterns and what can cause this to understand your baby; - Teething Babies typically begin teething around 5 months of age, and the process can continue until they are around 3 years old. The timing and duration of teething can vary for each individual baby. - Growth spurts Babies typically experience growth spurts during the first year of life. These growth spurts can occur around 7-10 days, 2-3 weeks, 4-6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months of age. However, it's important to note that every baby is different, and growth spurts may vary in timing and intensity for each individual child. - IIllnesses These can come at random like colds, flus and seasonal bugs going around. Also after vaccines Babies may experience mild side effects after such as fever, soreness at the injection site, or fussiness. - Developmental milestones These milestones can include physical, cognitive, social, and emotional developments. www.mamamuun.de

“Nutrients in breastfeeding mothers are higher than while you’re pregnant ” Often we feed ourselves empty calories which don’t support our energy levels or healing. Creating enough milk to feed a growing baby places enormous demands on your body, which requires extra calories — about 500 extra calories a day, to be exact. ✨ What are your favorite snacks??
