Master Franchise Germany® was established by veteran journalist and senior communications professional Franz-Josef Ebel to help Franchisors from abroad expand their business operations to Germany and other European countries. We also help German and other European Franchisors expand their business abroad. With more than three decades of experience in recruiting and excellent connections in industry and the financial sector, Franz-Josef is well positioned to find and attract the best candidates to manage and grow your Master Franchise or Area Development offering. He also provides extensive consultancy services to help Franchisors from other countries take off quickly in Germany. Franz-Josef is a Certified Franchise Manager (Franchise-Manager (IHK)), being among the first of nine people taking the course and examination developed by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce together with the German Franchise Association. He is a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and serves on the IFA's International Committee.
