At #mediteo, I contribute to the medical aspects of the app’s development. To ensure our app remains state-of-the-art, I am responsible for researching and monitoring the latest medical findings, clinical studies, and advancements in relevant therapeutic areas. I particularly enjoy working on the conception, conduction and analysis of clinical studies of our app. My responsibilities also include creating medical content, such as quizzes and blog posts. I personally appreciate that mediteo motivates people to actively engage in their health. I support the active role that patients take in this regard, and I find it commendable how app users can expand their medical knowledge through quizzes, for example. 👥 HR Generalist: A multifaceted role in employee management As an HR Generalist, I am responsible for all tasks related to Human Resources (HR). Our focus is always on our workforce. I support the #mediteo team with recruiting and onboarding processes, payroll accounting and all administrative tasks from the creation of job postings to reference letters. My main tasks are: > Recruitment: Recruiting and selecting new employees, creating job postings, conducting interviews, checking references, and choosing the most suitable candidates for open positions. > Employee relations: Link between the team and the management, always a sympathetic ear and Chief Happiness Officer 😉 > Staff development: Collaborating with the team to plan and coordinate internal and external trainings and professional development programs. > Employee support: Serving as an HR Generalist, I am the point of contact for employees regarding questions about employment contracts, salaries, social benefits, and other HR-related matters as labor law, compliance or tax questions. > Personnel administration: Managing personnel files, maintaining employee databases, and handling administrative tasks such as creating employment contracts and managing the life cycle of each employee at mediteo. 💙😄 A good cause and a lot of fun These were the main reasons for our team to take part in the Rudern Gegen Krebs charity rowing regatta. Of course, we also strengthened our initiative, perseverance and team spirit on this occasion and learnt useful personal and professional lessons.
