Door 5: First Christmas season for the Riverside Restaurant has started! 🎅🏻✨ Highly motivated and successful, Usman Arshad started as the new operator of the Riverside Restaurant & Café in Rendsburg in March. Wife Leonie Ufer supports marketing. Everything from a single source for coffee enjoyment from the new coffee partner Melitta Professional is contributed by our colleague Krauße Jochen. In a fantastic location on the Obereider with 100 terrace seats and a view of the marina, it went swinging through spring and summer. Now the new operator is doing everything he can to show that his cosy restaurant with its maritime, bright ambience and German-Italian cuisine is a year-round place of well-being. "Relax and enjoy - side by side at Riverside: This is our motto in autumn and winter as well," reports Leonie Ufer. Company events and family celebrations are also very popular. Recently, there is breakfast for 10 or more people with reservation. This is also recommended for Christmas when the Riverside opens its doors on both days. Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of participating in the Customer Service Association Germany Congress 2024 at the Zeche Zollverein in Essen. This year’s event revolved around the inspiring motto #servicefan. 💡 As the official coffee partner, we provided two fully automatic coffee machines and a portafilter machine with a skilled barista, ensuring attendees were treated to exceptional coffee throughout the congress. ☕ In addition to great coffee, we contributed valuable insights to the program. Our Head of Business Development & Customer Solutions Dr.-Ing. Lennard Holst led a workshop on "Sales Communication for Service Professionals", offering practical strategies for success. Christian Arning joined an expert panel to present a case study on "Delivering Top Service Quality with External Providers".
