Indeed an interesting one! Here a specialty valve meets a very special process application! Severe Service is what we do at MIAM! 💪😉
Ever wonder what they do with full diapers?😁An Interesting Valve Application! This is a DN400 PN63 INNO-CON with IM50 INNO-MAT made ready to be shipped. It has a very interesting application in the garbage disposal business. The valve is installed in a new process where diapers and similar items from medical waste are recycled. In the end you have different separated products that are recycled while medical residues are neutralized. Very interesting technology that requires a heavy duty valve that can handle the difficult process medium and still shuts off well. We at MIAM were fortunate and are excited that we had the opportunity to be part of this new process development from early on. Through continous improvement efforts with our channel partner Klinger in the Netherlands, the licensor and the end user MIAM provided a very solid solution that is performing very well in such a harsh environment.
