Growing the engine business within #MinebeaMitsumi Group 🏗️ Beginning of November, we had the opportunity to visit the plant of Mach Aero - Groupe MinebeaMitsumi near Bangalore, India together with our customer Rolls-Royce. We could get a glimpse of the new building, where last finishing touches are done, before the official inauguration in early 2025. A shop-floor tour gave us good insights of how operations are done, and we could feel the dedication of the Indian colleagues. We were truly impressed by the progress already made and how well the industrializing of new engines projects is progressing 👏 Thanks to the colleagues of Mach Aero - Groupe MinebeaMitsumi for the perfect organisation and hospitality 🙏   With capabilities in Austria and India we are ideally equipped to further expand the aero-engine business ✈️

🌍 Gaining Intercultural Experience – Through ERASMUS in Ireland! 🇮🇪 Our industrial clerk trainee recently embarked on an exciting chapter in her #education: a three-week internship in Ireland, which offered valuable insights into the working world of another country. This incredible opportunity was made possible through the #ERASMUS program, which empowers young professionals to broaden their horizons and step out of their comfort zones. Here at Mast Kunststoffe GmbH, we‘re proud to support intercultural exchanges like this actively.
