The flight connected Madrid (MAD) with Boston (BOS), showcasing the potential of next-generation aircraft for long-haul transatlantic routes. ✈️ We are proud to have played a key role in this achievement by supporting the aircraft's ETOPS 120 certification. Over recent months, our teams delivered ETOPS transit checks at Paris-Orly (ORY) and Charles de Gaulle (CDG), ensuring the aircraft was ready for accomplishing our customer's target. Expanding support with Nayak’s flexibility 😉 Our Brussels Station #BRU recently took on a new request to support daily A330 and A350-1000 operations for the upcoming winter season. In no time, our Station Manager coordinated with the on-site team and gave the green light to our Sales team, confirming that we were ready to step up. Then, everything moved swiftly—emails covering procedures, checklists, technical data access, and even a desktop audit by the customer’s QA department were all completed within just 10 days. An instructor from the customer then came directly to Brussels to guide our team on their portal and E-techlog. A few focused hours, a lot of new info, and we were fully prepared. That first flight arrived and departed smoothly, kicking off what promises to be a season of efficient operations.
