An Unforgettable Winter Soirée at nook society Last year we kicked of the operations of our cozy hotel nook in Bad Saarow. Our friend Rainer Pietschmann was one of our first supporters who immediately suggested to invite his team from Pietschmann Legal for a winter soirée. We hosted a wonderful raclette evening with 26 guests. The cheese was partly sourced from the local farm Marienhöhe which is only 4km from the hotel. We served the wonderful Fass 4 wine from Weingut OTT, a meet selection from the local farm Gut&Boesel, and ended the evening with drinks from our Elephant Gin | B Corp™ honesty bar at the bonfire looking at the stars and the lake.
