Hey 👋 It’s hard to believe it’s already been 10 years! Exactly a decade ago, Onemedia Consulting was born in a notary office right in the heart of Munich. Back then, it was just me (Wolfgang Strassburger) in a small borrowed office (picture attached and yes the room wasn’t big enough for more than two desks and a couch 😉), driven by the dream of building a consulting and product business in Marketing and Sales Technology—an area that was mostly unheard of in Germany at the time. Marketo was still a niche tool known mostly to companies with headquarters in the U.S., and getting traction for this “idea” wasn’t easy. Before it really took off, the early days were all about juggling different projects—one of them being a Social Media Impact Analysis for a Bavarian brewery. Clearly, the professional interest in Bavarian beer started early! 🍻 Eventually, the potential of Marketing Automation—especially with Marketo—began to take shape. In the spring of 2015, I went to London for my Marketo Certified Consultant training and soon after, Carl Zeiss became one of our first major customers. Out of those humble beginnings, we built one of the largest B2B implementations of Marketo in the DACH region. Then came Year 2 - a huge turning point for me personally. This tiny, fragile organization welcomed its first employees. Some of you left great jobs behind to join this mission of building something we could all be proud of. Fast forward eight more years, and here we are: about 25 strong, operating from three countries, and serving customers all across Europe (and beyond!). Today, we’re known as one of the leading Marketo consulting practices in the DACH region—and more importantly, we’re a team I couldn’t be prouder of 🎉 This diverse group of talented individuals is perfectly equipped to take on any challenges that lie ahead, and I can't wait to continue building and growing together. Every single one of you inspires me daily. I’m constantly amazed by your creativity, commitment, ideas, and the sheer hard work you pour into this company. Thank you for the laughs, the sweat, the challenges, the late nights, and the brilliant moments of collaboration. You’ve made these past 10 years one incredible ride 💪 So, from the bottom of my heart: thank you for making Onemedia Consulting what it is today. 🎄 24th December - OMC Christmas Calendar ⭐ We are closing out this year's Christmas Calendar with a message from our CEO Wolfgang Strassburger 🎄 Over the years, I've realized that the holiday season is so much more than a marked date on the calendar. It's the beautiful blend of old traditions passed down through learned motions and new ones we create as we go—forming a familiar symphony that invites reflection ✨ We look back on the good moments and the not-so-great ones over the past year. Yet, I've found that it always comes down to people — our families, friends, colleagues, partners, and customers. We spend an incredible amount of time together, and I wouldn't trade a single second of it. Watching everyone bring their best each day is genuinely inspiring and pushes me to meet that standard, too. As Christmas comes around, it reminds me to be grateful for every experience — big wins, tough lessons, and everything in between. Although we should carry that sense of gratitude every day, the holiday season seems to sharpen our perspective on the needs of others 🎄 Wishing you all a season of reflection, warmth, and connection. May we keep finding new ways to uplift each other and cherish the moments — both the familiar and the new! 🎄 23rd December - OMC Christmas Calendar ⭐ With only one more day to go many of us are heading home for the holidays. A journey that is extra special for Rūta Račaitė 🎄 🚂 Driving home for Christmas is a tradition many of us embrace during the festive season. But how magical can this trip really be? In Lithuania, the experience is truly special 💫 For me, taking the train home during the holidays is an incredibly magical experience. Since my hometown and current home are on opposite sides of the country, I have the perfect opportunity to enjoy the long journey. For several years now, Lithuanian Railways has been decorating the trains for the festive season, helping passengers feel the magic in the air. So, for me, Christmas begins the moment I step onto that train and finally relax after all the holiday bustle 🎄 🚂 One thing I firmly believe is that Christmas isn’t just those two days at the end of December. It’s the whole month leading up to it—the anticipation, the decorations, and the sense of joy ⭐ I hope the magic of the season fills your hearts too, and that you find a little touch of Christmas magic in everything you do ❤️ #christmascalendar #meettheteam #b2bmarketing

🎄 22nd December - OMC Christmas Calendar ⭐ Of course here at Onemedia Consulting GmbH we are also celebrating the Christmas Spirit with some local office Christmas parties. Today a quick recap for you about all the fun we had (this year)🎄 🎵 Here is OMCB Christmas recap: Our OMC Baltics Christmas celebration was a total hit! 🎉 We kicked things off with a pottery painting session – some dove right in with their design, while others took a few minutes to plan or even switched things up at the last minute 🎨 There was plenty of laughter, and even though we had to focus on our work of art, we still managed to have interesting convos about everything from travel to food – it was a perfect mix of creativity and chats 😄 Afterward, we went to a cozy Italian place with grandma vibes, enjoyed delicious pizza 🍕 and swapped food traditions from our countries (with lots of fun comparisons!). It was a great way to connect with new colleagues and make some awesome memories! And then there was: Our Christmas Party in Munich! 🎄 Why settle for a quiet dinner when you can climb your way into the holidays? 🧗♂️ This year, we kicked off our Christmas party by literally reaching new heights – bouldering and climbing our way to glory (or at least halfway up the wall)💪 Some discovered their inner Spider-Man, while others focused on perfecting their graceful dismounts... After conquering the climbing hall, we rewarded ourselves the only logical way: with a festive trip to the Munich Christmas market 🍷 ✨ The grand finale? A well-deserved sushi feast that put our teamwork to the ultimate test – who gets the last roll? A big shout-out to our team for making this day unforgettable. It was a Christmas party full of laughs, questionable climbing techniques, and excellent sushi strategy. Here’s to more adventures together in the new year 🎉 #TeamSpirit #christmasparty

Let me tell you about my favorite holiday traditions: ✨ Decorating the Tree: I love when my humans put up that magical climbing tower—err, I mean Christmas tree! It’s full of sparkly ornaments, just waiting for a gentle (or not-so-gentle) paw tap. The shiny ones? They’re my favorite. Sometimes they… um… accidentally break. But hey, isn’t that part of the fun? 🎁 Guests and Gift Chaos: Visitors mean extra cuddles, extra hands to play with me, and oh my whiskers the gift wrapping! The sound of crinkly paper is pure joy, and don’t even get me started on ribbons. Nothing beats chasing a ribbon through the house. 🎀 💌 Moments of Magic: Christmas is all about spending time together. Whether it’s under the tree, playing with dangling ornaments, or lounging on a pile of torn wrapping paper, I’m in my element.
