Driving social change - a day with Project Soar in Marrakech 💫 On her recent Impact Day, Sarah El-Saidi from Personio's Customer Success team hosted a workshop at Project Soar in Marrakech, one of our portfolio organizations. Project Soar empowers marginalized teen girls aged 13-18 through a program based on five modules: value, voice, body, rights, and path. These workshops equip girls to make a positive impact in their communities. Essential resources, like menstrual kits, are also provided to support their journey. In collaboration with Hanane, Sorar's HR expert, Sarah explored their onboarding process and discussed ways to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. In addition, they visited the offsite in Douar Laadam, joining the Soar girls for the last day of summer camp with activities supported by international volunteers.
