Today at #SXSW German House, Nina Louisa Matzat joined a panel discussion on "The Future of Media Tech – From Storytelling to Industrial Use Cases." together with André Hennen, René Bosch from BeatSquares and moderated by Tilmann Köllner. Her takeaway? AI isn’t just about automation—it’s about empowering people to focus on what truly matters. In the future, it won’t be about whether AI is used, but how it is leveraged to enhance creativity, efficiency, and trust in the digital world. 👉 The conversation explored how AI is transforming creative industries and business processes—not just through efficiency, but by unlocking human potential. 👉 Nina emphasized that AI should not be approached like the Industrial Revolution, where the sole focus was on efficiency. Instead, AI offers a unique opportunity to eliminate repetitive tasks, allowing individuals to focus on creativity, storytelling, and innovation. 👉 She compared this shift to the evolution of music production—where digital tools democratized access, leading to a surge in creativity. AI has the potential to do the same across industries. However, adoption varies widely. While the U.S. quickly integrates AI, Germany’s bureaucracy and risk aversion pose challenges. Nina shared examples of how slow approval processes hinder innovation, yet also pointed out that AI itself could help streamline bureaucracy—a shift that could disrupt traditional government structures. 👉 A key topic of discussion was trust and accountability in AI. Nina highlighted the importance of transparency, emphasizing how #blockchain technology can play a crucial role. By integrating AI agents with blockchain, companies can ensure that every decision, transaction, and action is recorded, traceable, and compliant with regulations, particularly in the EU. #AI #Innovation #Storytelling #SXSW #Blockchain #FutureOfWork #Agentic Plan.Net Group

Our team is on the ground in #Austin! Each team member has selected personal highlights from #SXSW , ranging from Sentient Design's innovative approach to AI, insightful conversations about continuous learning, and powerful critiques on Big Tech's surveillance economy. Stay tuned as we share our favorite moments and key insights from SXSW so far! 💯 Highlight 1: Nina Louisa Matzat 👉 John Hagel, a seasoned expert in consulting and technology, issued a warning to corporations: every company must encourage its employees to invest in continuous learning—not just training, but real learning. This is essential for fostering innovation and keeping pace with the rapid evolution of AI and technological advancements. (And no, thats not already happening) AI itself presents a powerful, yet often overlooked, opportunity in this regard. Instead of cutting jobs due to productivity and efficiency gains, companies should use the time AI frees up in employees’ workloads to drive deeper innovation. 💯 Highlight 2: Robin Janitz 👉 Sentient Design 1. AI – from tool to design material Instead of simply using AI, it can be actively integrated into interfaces to create interactive experiences that feel almost alive. 2. From static to dynamic Interfaces are no longer just fixed layouts – with Sentient Design, they respond to users in real-time and continuously adapt. 3. Not without concerns with so much adaptability comes risk – ethical questions, control, and transparency must be considered to ensure AI doesn’t do more than it should. 💯 Highlight 3: Yves Bollinger 👉 Meredith Whittaker president of Signal, says: "The economic backbone of Big Tech is surveillance. Signal is open source and largely funded by donations. For her and Signal, there is only one solution: "The only way to protect data is not to have it". What struck me most, however, was not her insights into privacy protection or the lack of it, but the passion and authenticity with which she pointed out the cracks in the system. After the first three days of #SXSW, I found most of the speakers (yes, there's always Scott Galloway) to be very reserved, almost anxious not to be political. It has already come that far. Her clearly stated and well argued opinion really stood out. #SXSW #AI #Austin #AIAgents Plan.Net Group Serviceplan Group

We’re thrilled to announce the go-live of #Masumi, the groundbreaking protocol at the intersection of AI and blockchain. 🚀 👉 New website: http://masumi.network 👉 Code on GitHub: https://lnkd.in/eKS7CrUF 👉 Developer Docs: https://lnkd.in/evbM6crb 👉 Network Explorer: https://lnkd.in/ekfkaPPf Unlike "normal" LLMs, AI Agents are autonomous problem-solvers—they make decisions, collaborate with other agents, and execute tasks. But collaboration among AI Agents requires trust, accountability, and secure systems. That’s where Masumi comes in: ✔️ Secure transactions with MiCA-compliant stablecoins. ✔️ Tools for agents to discover and collaborate on tasks. ✔️ Verified identities (KYC/KYB). ✔️ Privacy-preserving accountability for agent outputs. Masumi is the foundation of the #AgenticEconomy, enabling safe, scalable, and market-ready AI Agent solutions.
