Our operations in the U.S. are gaining momentum, with exciting developments. Here’s what’s new: 1️⃣ Additional Polytron Line for the Automotive Industry: We’ve completed the installation of a new Polytron line for long-fiber compounds. This advanced technology doubles our production capacity, positioning us to better support the automotive sector projects. 2️⃣ Expanding Bondyram Production Capabilities: The New Bondyram production line is now operational to address the growing demand for coupling agents. It improves our production flexibility, reduces inventory, and ensures rapid delivery tailored to our customers' needs. 3️⃣ Major Expansion Under Construction: We are building an additional 100,000 sq. ft. facility, doubling the size of our current production floor. This expansion, set to be completed by August 2025, is designed to accommodate future growth and production lines. Take a closer look at the advanced TIE LAYER development capabilities in our BONDYRAM department! - Our skilled engineering team develops BONDYRAM formulations on a Coperion twin-screw line, optimizing for precision at lab scale. - Samples are then characterized with a GÖTTFERT Werkstoff-Prüfmaschinen GmbH capillary rheometer for detailed rheological analysis. - Next, we use a COLLIN Lab & Pilot Solutions extruder to transform BONDYRAM formulations into multi-layer films, producing up to 5 layers with various polymers. - Testometric tensile equipment with a high sensitivity load cell, even for very low forces, is used to perform adhesion force tests. - For select applications, films undergo post-autoclave sterilization to ensure adhesive performance under pressure, heat, and humidity And what about scale-up?
