𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 A wonderful weekend is coming to an end. The positive energy felt great as we met about half of our consultant team on Saturday. It was amazing to see how they instantly connected with each other. Meeting and working with Chris Brow on Sunday was also a unique experience. He always delivers, adapts immediately and does it all with ease. On top of that, Chris is a super pleasant and fun guy to be around. I look forward to the next opportunity to work or just hang out with him. Then, the outstanding crew of Spreadfilms. Andreas Ramelsberger and his team are not just filmmakers. They are visual storytellers, marketing & communications experts, change consultants and more. I have rarely seen someone as focused, high functioning, efficient and still approachable for two long days as Andi. Last but not least, Niklas. A big thank you to you, too. Always inspiring how you reflect and think to evolve - yourself, our partners, our customers... and me. 𝙆𝙪𝙙𝙤𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙡𝙡! We at Prisma Insights are privileged to work with the best in their field, visual storytellers, entertainers/presenters, consultants and our entire partner ecosystem. Together, we dare to evolve. Do you? Foto: Chris, Nik, and I wondering what these mirrors are all about...

Getting ready for 2 exciting days ahead of us: - meeting our Prisma Insights consulting team in Munich - tell some visual stories with Chris Brow and Andreas Ramelsberger with his crew at Spreadfilms The one common denominator of great leaders is a never-ending desire to understand themselves and the world better every day. It takes courage to accept that the process of learning about yourself never ends. Courage to explore, to go deeper, to become more aware. Do you dare to evolve and strive to become the best leader you can be?

A small exercise for EVERYONE on this weekend that only required 3 minutes to bring the 6 𝒍𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇 to to life ❗ 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑 1: Picture the oldest person you know that you deeply care about. 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑 2: Picture the youngest person you know that you deeply care about. 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑 3: Ask yourself, how was the world like, when the oldest person you chose was the age of the youngest person you chose? What challenges did s/he had to confront? 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑 4: In comparison to that, which challenges must this youngest person you chose face today? What does society require her/him to be(come)? 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑 5: Fast forward to when the young person will be as old as the old person you chose. What will the world look like? What problems wait to be solved? Thanks to Jan Artem Henriksson for sharing this mind-blowing, reflective exercise in the introduction to the Inner Development Goals: https://lnkd.in/dTvB8Jyj
True transformation begins with understanding the many layers of our being. Prisma Insights has developed the "6 𝐿𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝐵𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑌𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓" framework to guide individuals through a profound self-discovery journey, from exploring the far far past to envisioning the far far future. This 6-layer process fosters self-awareness and holistic growth. 1️) 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔 & 𝑺𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 Have you ever wondered if our souls carry wisdom from past incarnations? In indigenous cultures past-life regression is not just an idea—it's an ancient practice. Techniques like hypnosis and plant medicines provide access to the hidden realms of our past manifestations. By connecting to these spiritual roots, we uncover deep-seated energies and lessons carried through lifetimes. 2️) 𝑪𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒍 & 𝑭𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝑯𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 We are products of not just our own experiences, but the generations that came before us. Through epigenetics, we now understand how trauma, behaviors, and gene expressions are passed down. Unpacking your family tree, understanding inherited traits, and honoring the legacies of your ancestors can shed light on who you are today. 3️) 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 & 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 Our past experiences—both good and bad—have shaped us into who we are today. Reflect on pivotal moments, key relationships, traumas, and values. This level is about connecting the dots between those experiences and how they influence our beliefs, behaviors, desires, and reactive patterns. 4️) 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑴𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 Where are you today? By adopting a "balcony perspective," you can observe yourself from a detached, almost anthropological standpoint. Using multi-faceted models (e.g. IKIGAI), we help you analyze your unique strengths, passions, and purpose. What is it that you love? What does the world need from you? This clarity creates a powerful alignment between your talents and opportunities to make a positive impact. 5️) 𝑨𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒔 Sometimes, we live today in fear of a trauma that hasn't even occurred yet. This "anticipated trauma" can hold us back from embracing our full potential. By acknowledging and letting go of this fear, we allow the future to unfold and step into a higher version of ourselves—a future we have the power to shape. 6️) 𝑰𝒏 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒂 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑾𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝑬𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆 The final level is perhaps the most transformative. It’s about stepping beyond your personal story and aligning yourself with the larger movements of society. What future is calling to you? What role do you play in shaping the world of tomorrow? By positioning ourselves as vessels for this change, we guide future generations, ensuring they are equipped with the beliefs and systems necessary to thrive in an evolving world. Are you curious about what this journey might reveal to you? 𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞?

At Prisma Insights we commit to driving impact through Inner Development. We view Inner Development - being truly connected to every aspect of your being - as THE key enabler for changing the world. It transforms all areas of life (Family, Friendship, Work,...) to the better. Maybe most importantly, Inner Development holds the promise of a sustainable future, as the Inner Development Goals point out. In his article, Prisma Insights co-founder Niklas Frewel shares how to link Inner Transformation to Outer Transformation through the means of powerful stories: https://shorturl.at/4gJIX

Following a recent keynote by Thomas Fritz titled "𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬, 𝐈’𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞" an engaging discussion emerged. It led us to reflect on a common mistake in rethinking performance management systems: the rush to create new solutions after identifying gaps in the current system. This often results in new, unforeseen dysfunctions shortly after implementation. Why? Because the underlying dynamics of the system remain not understood. Even “Performance Management 2.0” systems might rather be a half-step than a revolution, according to Antoinette Weibel: ”𝐼𝑛 2016, 𝑎 𝑠𝑜𝑟𝑡 𝑜𝑓 “𝑃𝑒𝑟𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑀𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑅𝑒𝑣𝑜𝑙𝑢𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛” 𝑔𝑎𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑟𝑒𝑑 𝑎𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑖𝑡𝑠 𝑚𝑜𝑣𝑒 𝑎𝑤𝑎𝑦 𝑓𝑟𝑜𝑚 𝑟𝑖𝑔𝑖𝑑 𝑎𝑛𝑛𝑢𝑎𝑙 𝑟𝑒𝑣𝑖𝑒𝑤𝑠 𝑡𝑜𝑤𝑎𝑟𝑑 𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑒 𝑎𝑔𝑖𝑙𝑒, 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑢𝑜𝑢𝑠 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑑𝑏𝑎𝑐𝑘 𝑠𝑦𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑚𝑠. 𝐴𝑡 𝑓𝑖𝑟𝑠𝑡 𝑔𝑙𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒, 𝑖𝑡 𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑑 𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑒 𝑎 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑔𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑓𝑡, 𝑏𝑢𝑡 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑙𝑎𝑦𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑝𝑒𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑑 𝑏𝑎𝑐𝑘, 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 𝑎 𝑚𝑜𝑣𝑒 𝑡𝑜𝑤𝑎𝑟𝑑 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙—𝑜𝑟 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑖𝑡 𝑚𝑒𝑟𝑒𝑙𝑦 𝑚𝑎𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑙 𝑎𝑑𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑠𝑎𝑚𝑒 𝑏𝑟𝑜𝑘𝑒𝑛 𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑎𝑑𝑖𝑔𝑚?” This is why at Prisma Insights we like start with a "beginner's mind" and dig deeper. Before rethinking performance incentives, for example, we seek to first facilitate a true understanding of human motivation and uncover the organization’s beliefs about how people function. What does that concretely mean for in terms of things would be that we might want to look at first before re-designing the system? Here are some first thoughts: • 𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑫𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒐𝒓𝒚 (𝑹𝒚𝒂𝒏 & 𝑫𝒆𝒄𝒊) 𝑅𝑒𝑓𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛: How does our system contribute to the three factors competence, relatedness, and autonomy?? • 𝑪𝒚𝒏𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒐𝒅𝒆𝒍 (𝑺𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒅𝒆𝒏) 𝑅𝑒𝑓𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛: How do we account for different organizational realities, from simple to complicated to complex? • 𝑰𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 (𝑲𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒏) 𝑅𝑒𝑓𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛: What underlying patterns might block people from bringing their “best selves” to work? What individual & collective “competing commitments” do people follow? • 𝑺𝑪𝑨𝑹𝑭 𝒎𝒐𝒅𝒆𝒍 (𝑹𝒐𝒄𝒌) 𝑅𝑒𝑓𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛: How do we account for differences in motivational tendencies across employees? • 𝑻𝒘𝒐-𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒐𝒓𝒚 (𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒛𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒈) 𝑅𝑒𝑓𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛: Do we consider salary as a hygiene factor or motivator? Why is that and what does research say about this? The takeaway? Before rushing to fix, let’s challenge our assumptions & explore what really drives people. This requires not only curiosity but also the patience to be comfortable with not rushing to immediate solutions. It’s about taking the time to build something meaningful and lasting, rather than simply presenting a quick fix.
