PROTOS-3D on Tour in Italy. At the BoosterDay of Stellantis in Turin we had the opportunity to present PRAFS in combination with Virtual Clamping (Carl ZEISS GOM Metrology GmbH). Both live and in parallel on a virtual exhibition centre, we were able to convince our prospective customers of the enormous efficiency, savings and simplification and thus the acceleration of the measuring processes in quality assurance. Whether sheet metal, die-cast or plastic parts. Measure everything on one automated system – as a one-button solution, this combination (PRAFS + VC) cannot be beaten by previous approaches! Und schon wieder ist eine PRAFS 3620 fertig gestellt 💪🏼! Aber anders als gewöhnlich 😉. Im Zuge der Beschaffung eines 3D-Druckers für unsere Prototypen- und Serienteile, haben wir zunächst einmal verschiedene Übungs-Szenarien durchgeführt. Dabei haben wir die ersten Drucke mit den 3D-Modellen unserer vollflexiblen, programmierbaren Bauteilaufnahme (PRAFS 3620) ausprobiert. Zur Info: Die PRAFS ist hier z.B. voll integriert in eine ScanBox SB6135 RC der Fa. Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology (OneButton Solution). Nach ein paar anfänglichen und wahrscheinlich auch üblichen Schwierigkeiten, funktionierten die Drucke aber wunderbar 💪🏼. Herausgekommen ist ein schönes Modell im Maßstab 1:15. Wir haben die ScanBox ein wenig modifiziert, damit der Einblick von außen in den Scanbereich besser gegeben ist. Mittlerweile haben wir auch eine Menge Bauteile für unser neues Produkt gedruckt! Ehrlich gesagt kann ich nicht sagen, warum wir nicht schon längst einen 3D-Drucker angeschafft haben 🙄🙂🙈 Ich bin mehr als nur begeistert, was hier mittlerweile möglich ist! #PRAFS #PROTOS #P3D #ZEISS #SCANBOX #3DDRUCK
