For e-mobility to become a mass phenomenon - in particular in big cities in Europe, where up to 75% of car owners do not have access to a private charge point - we need to step up: Europe currently has less than 200,000 public charge points but will need 1,300,000 by 2025 and 3,000,000 by 2030. And using most of the ones there are today can be a real hassle, just as most first generation electric cars were. Let me tell you about story about two people. Tom and Anca. Tom wants to book a tem retreat for his 80pax team later this year. He wants it to be epic - a stunning location at a gorgeous venue so he can shoot a fun video of how great his company is. He'll use it to promote their fully-remote, fun company culture and attract new talent. It's a perfect plan, only.... Tom needs this to be in June or September. And if course, the venue should be a full buyout. At a competitive price and not too far from an international airport because people are traveling in from all over the world so travel time is long already. Surely all venues should be over the moon for getting these types of inquiries, right? After all, who wouldn't be happy to sell out their entire capacity in the beginning of the year and June and Sept are not the highest season for leisure travelers, so availability should be high. The thing Tom doesn't know is that he's about 6 months too late. Now meet Anca. Anca has a team of 100+ people from all over Europe. They get together every year for 4 days in June. They always have a full buyout allowing their team to bond in a relaxed way. And she does it on a budget. There's one major difference between Anca and Tom. Anca starts planning her team offsite ateast 11 months ahead, giving her the opportunity and time to find just the right spot. Anca also partners up with professionals at OnsiteHub who are able to give her numerous options that fit the dates/budget and amenities brief. They also help her scout the most fun team building activities, gorgeous restaurant settings and the videograoher for that epic company retreat video.
