This paper is a significant contribution to understanding #scoliosis progression and highlights the critical factors clinicians should consider for effective management. The paper's findings underline key predictors of curve progression in #AIS: Unbraced Patients: Initial Cobb angle > 25° (high evidence) and thoracic curve type (moderate evidence). Braced Patients: Flexibility < 28% (high evidence) and limited in-brace correction (moderate evidence). Other Factors: Thoracic curves, high apical vertebral rotation, rib vertebra angle differences, and low pelvic tilt, though supported by weaker evidence, also contribute to progression risk.
