    𝐀𝐈 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝐬. 𝐀𝐈 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐦 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐤𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐢𝐜𝐡. Alle durften den grottigen aktuellen Coca Cola Spot jetzt mal ein paar Tage verdauen. Mit etwas Abstand schadet es nicht, den direkten Vergleich aus dem Vorjahr noch mal rauszukramen. Denn auch der 2023er Spot "Masterpiece" war in hohem Maße mit KI produziert. Und er war ein mit Preisen überhäuftes Meisterwerk. Warum? Weil KI hier nicht zum Selbstzweck eingesetzt wurde sondern als sinnvolles Tool, um das kreative Produkt 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫 zu machen. ✅ KI unterstützt Storytelling. ✅ KI ersetzt nicht Charakter-Design. ✅ Gute Effekte sind kein Teppich sondern Höhepunkt. ✅ Gute Story geht immer "because of that". Nie "and then, and then...". KI ersetzt das nicht. Der diesjährige Spot tappte (jenseits von "handwerklich schlecht gemacht") in die klassischen Fehler der AI shitification. Selbst wenn es ein Remake war. ❌ KI zum Selbstzweck. ❌ Energie und Budget in KI only Umsetzung statt in Erzählwert. ❌ Random Aneinanderreihung von schnell zu produzierenden Dingen.     User Activation via E-Mail. On a large Scale. In 2024. Impossible? Not when you create an interactive, truly personalised content experience for every user. That’s precisely what convinced the jury at the audienzz AG WebAd Awards, where our birthday activation campaign for Austrian Airlines won bronze in the "Best User Activation" category. Yay! But it’s not the awards (though we’re honored) that get us out of bed in the morning — it’s the impact we deliver for our clients. So, what did this mean for Austrian Airlines? The user-centric content journey, enabled by relevant AI-generated visuals, crafted a multi-touchpoint experience that not only engaged users but also exceeded KPIs, boosting open and click rates in every email of the journey and generating valuable new data where none previously existed.
