Seilroboter-Automatisierungslösungen können Anwendungen insbesondere in großen Arbeitsräumen mit hoher Energieeffizienz und zu vergleichsweise geringen Kosten umzusetzen. Ein Seilroboter besteht aus einer Plattform mit einem Werkzeug, welche durch koordiniertes Auf- und Abwickeln damit verbundener Seile bewegt wird. Dieser Ansatz sorgt für eine geringe zu bewegende Masse, sodass energieeffizient eine hohe Dynamik erreicht wird. Die Abdeckung von großen Arbeitsräumen, wie sie in Produktions- oder Lagerhallen vorkommen, wird durch den Einsatz langer Seile kostengünstig möglich. Neben der Fähigkeit typische Aufgaben von Industrierobotern in großen Arbeitsräumen auszuführen, erlaubt die Technologie noch weitaus mehr Anwendungen, die bis heute schwierig bis unmöglich automatisierbar sind.

Last week marked the monthly Max-Planck-Förderstiftung Start-up Accelerator (MPFXLR8) Founder's Day, this time kicking off the second cohort with a dynamic gathering in Munich. What a wonderfull event on wednesday at the #S2SC2024 Science to Start-Up Convention in #Münster by the passionate Team at REACH EUREGIO Start-up Center! Thank you for the nomination and invitation! In a tough competition, our co-founder Tobias Burger was able to score the ERCIS Launch Pad Award for best digital signature in a start-up product. Congratulations to the split winners of the S2SC Jury Award Hydrogenea and AgriBluBio, the latter also winning the S2SC Audience Award. The strong competition of six completed by Plantman, RayVen and Phos4nova B.V. is a great example of the high quality in research here in the EUREGIO region and the power of EXIST - Existenzgründungen aus der Wissenschaft and other programs to leverage these results.
