At the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design 2024, agencies from the region once again demonstrated their creative excellence. Among them: Dart Design Gruppe from Neuss, which impressed the jury with multiple award-winning projects. 🌊GROHE SPA: Where water meets architecture A true standout is the GROHE SPA Installation at Palazzo Reale, which received a Red Dot: Best of the Best. This immersive brand experience for Grohe AG and LIXIL transforms water into an architectural element, creating a space where design, technology, and emotion seamlessly blend. CO₂-reduced glass fibre reinforced concrete: a modern renaissance of sustainable concrete 🌱🏗️ Even the Romans understood the power of durable and resilient materials. The Pantheon in Rome, one of the finest examples of ancient engineering, was built using concrete enriched with volcanic ash and other pozzolans—giving it remarkable longevity that endures to this day. Building on this principle, Rieder facades has developed a CO₂-reduced glass fibre reinforced concrete matrix that redefines sustainability in modern construction. This innovative approach was recognised with a Red Dot Award in the Innovative Design category in 2023. Origami-inspired helmet combines safety with style: The VENTETE aH-1 🚴♀️ The VENTETE aH-1 sets a new standard in cycling safety and convenience. This inflatable, micro-collapsible helmet is the first major innovation in helmet materials in five decades.
