At our upcoming ACIS in Tokyo, we are looking forward to hearing from Grégoire Desmasures, Head of Upgrades and Sustainability Services Marketing and Sébastien Koeck, Marketing Director Cabin Upgrades Services at Airbus Commercial Aircraft for our roundtable on cabin refurbishment. In his role, Grégoire enhances Airbus' in-service fleet aircraft modifications and oversees commercial retrofit product developments on cabin, connectivity, avionics systems and sustainability solutions. Sébastien oversees all Airbus in-service aircraft and also directs the go-to-market retrofit strategy for new cabin products under development at Airbus. In his previous role, Sébastien led the “Connected Cabin” project which allowed him to win a Crystal Cabin Award in the category “Best Customer Journey” at the APEX in 2019.
