This impressive footage of a RiA Charging Machine was captured with a Fioscope GmbH In-Furnace Air-Cooled Camera. It shows how effective our Charging Machine is at penetrating deep into the Furnace and delivering the Charge evenly from the very back right to the front, to ensure a shallower scrap pile with a larger surface area and the fastest Meltrates. We did speed up the footage between the Charges, but the actual footage showing our Machine is real-time. The Machine is fully automated, without any Operator onboard nor anywhere near the Furnace during Charging, ensuring Operator Safety. Last week was bustling with activity at the ALUMINIUM - World Trade Fair and Conference in Düsseldorf. While our team was busy there, back home, our assembly line was abuzz with assembly testing and dispatch. Witness the latest RiA Charging Machine in real-time, delivering a 15 tonne load. 🚀 This fully electric marvel has enhanced the productivity of our client, by speeding up the charging process, and now fully automatically, without an operator onboard. We promised to beat the 75 seconds they had with their previous Machine.
