What an inspiring evening at Reply in Munich! 🍷🎨 This week, some of our colleagues got surprisingly creative! Equipped with canvases, paint, brushes, and (even!) wine, they followed along with a classic Bob Ross video 🖼️🖌️ 😂 Everyone painted his iconic “happy little trees” and tried to bring out their inner artist. Huge thanks to the great Reply Booster Club for organizing such a cool event! 🩷

In this case, our business analyst Benedikt designed a training concept for a major software release with rollouts to new markets. To make the trainings as impactful as possible, our colleague travelled to 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 and 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 to execute those onsite together with the customer - exciting, right? 😊👏🏼 As a result, we faced lots of happy users and fantastic feedback from the training participants and on top a happy consultant 😉

𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 😎 Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting our regular Company Update at our Polish office: 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡: On Tuesday, we welcomed two new colleagues (Tech & Business) with a warm lunch, expanding our ever-growing team 🚀 𝐐3 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 & 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Wednesday was action-packed with our Q3 update, featuring many insightful presentations, a Kahoot game with exciting prizes like AI books, and a wonderful dinner at a Mediterranean restaurant by the lake 🍕 The week was full of high participation, high hopes, and high spirits! We’re ready to take on the future, stronger and more connected 💪
