It's easy to get caught up in your own tasks and miss the bigger picture sometimes - especially in companies with teams working in very different environments, like at roadsurfer. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗲'𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖-𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀.   C-What? Let's break it down:   Our amazing office teams in Munich, Frankfurt, and Barcelona handle everything from Sales and Marketing to Fleet Strategy, Tech and more, keeping things running behind the scenes. 📈 Meanwhile, our heroes at the stations all over the world get our campers ready for their next adventures and create unforgettable experiences for our customers. 🚐Their work is at the core of our product, and it's completely different from the office teams.   To bridge this gap and create unity over those different areas of work, we've introduced the concept of "Collaboration Days" (C-Days) at roadsurfer, where every employee gets the chance to swap their desk for a station twice a year. It's a hands-on way to learn how to prep the camper vans and how to do customer handovers, giving everyone a better understanding of station life. 🤝   Building unity in a diverse company is a big challenge. A collaboration approach like C-Days is a step in the right direction toward strengthening a #allforoneoneforall culture.   𝗔𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 ­- 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀. Today is one of our favourite days: 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗼𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆! 🐾 The perfect day to give a big shoutout to our furry co-workers. From those puppy eyes to soft snuggles and their funny little zoomies, they keep us balanced throughout the day. That’s why dogs are a big part of our daily working life at roadsurfer – in our offices as well as at our stations. Who could resist a cuddle in-between meetings?
