A new year is also always an opportunity to pause, reflect and set new goals. We asked a few colleagues what resolutions they had set for 2025. Here is what they said.

Putting the “Products” in “Products, People, Planet” A little more than two years ago, we launched a company-wide sustainability strategy called “Products, People, Planet” which sets sustainability goals for these three topics and is the foundation to increase sustainability across all of the Röchling Group. Truly inspiring was our Röchling Conference 2024 last week in Bolzano in Italy. Round about 140 managers from all over the Röchling Group came together to connect and inspire – and to succeed in the upcoming months. The conference showed how our colleagues are committed to foster the future of Röchling Automotive, Röchling Industrial, and Röchling Medical. Part of the Röchling Conference was a tour of our Automotive plant in Laives and an inhouse fair which showed our future-oriented products of our three divisions. As mentioned before: truly inspiring!

For the tenth time, the Röchling Group has awarded the Röchling Prize for outstanding academic research on plastics recycling. Learn more about the prize and this year's winners on our homepage.

Connect. Inspire. Succeed. One month from now, we strive to do exactly that at when our 150 top managers from Röchling Automotive, Röchling Industrial, Röchling Medical, and the Röchling Group gather at our annual Röchling Conference in Bolzano/Italy and our beautifully located Automotive plant in Laives/Italy. The conference is not only a great place to network internally but also a platform to exchange ideas and learn from each other across all our divisions. We aim to encourage our colleagues and equip them with what it takes to be successful as Röchling is about to enter its 204th year of business – true to this year’s conference motto: "Connect. Inspire. Succeed."

🌟 As part of the volunteer initiative "Wir schaffen was" by the Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar, employees from our Mannheim headquarters beautified the outdoor area of Haus Bethanien, a social facility for men and women who cannot live alone. Over several hours, the colleagues reinforced a wall, built raised beds, and cleared weeds and ivy from beds. This marks the second time Röchling Group employees have volunteered at Haus Bethanien. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Johann W. Wagner and his team for their outstanding cooperation. #VolunteerWork #CommunityService #Röchling  

Personnel changes in the Executive Boards within the Röchling Group Franz Lübbers, CEO of Röchling Industrial and member of the Röchling Group Executive Board, will retire on July 1, 2025, after more than 50 years of service for Röchling. For this reason, Röchling is arranging his succession and rearranging the Group Executive Board. Raphael A. Wolfram, CEO of Röchling Automotive and Speaker of the Group Executive Board, will succeed Franz Lübbers as CEO of Röchling Industrial. Under his leadership, Röchling Automotive has so far come through the most difficult time and biggest transformation in the history of the automotive and supplier industry very well. In turn, Martin Schüler will follow Raphael Wolfram as the new CEO of Röchling Automotive as early as February 1, 2025. In the nearly past 20 years, he has been CEO of the division HBPO of the French automotive supplier OPmobility (formerly Plastic Omnium), a former joint venture of Hella, Behr, and Plastic Omnium. Schüler will be appointed to the Executive Board of Röchling Automotive and the Röchling Group as early as November 1, 2024. You can find more information on our homepage: https://lnkd.in/etYy-Qdv

There, anybody from inside or outside Röchling can anonymously report illegal or unethical behavior within our company or supply chains. Typical situations may include corruption, fraud, or other violations of our Code of Conduct, but also violations of human rights or environmental obligations.
