Greetings from Bodo‘s Wide Bandgap Event in Munich! On Day 1 Bodo Arlt and Alfred Vollmer discussed with our colleague Aly Mashaly and further representatives from the semiconductor industry on the future of GaN and SiC. Key take-away from their discussion: GaN and SiC, each with their own unique strenghts and growing potentials, will be able to co-exist in the long run – as important key components inside various eletronic applications.
