The second edition of our Sustainability Forum brought together employees from different European countries and businesses to foster exchange and collaboration. 🚀 Career Day for Women at RWTH Aachen University – We Were There! 💼 Last week, the Career Day specifically for women took place at RWTH Aachen University. This day aims to give female students and graduates the opportunity to engage with representatives from various companies, make new contacts, and ask all the questions they have always had about different employers. ✨ 🎉 And the event was a great success – our booth, representing us along with Saint-Gobain Sekurit and Saint-Gobain Deutschland, was very well attended. Step 1: Set up a photobooth 📸 Step 2: Prepare a buffet 🍽️ Step 3: Plan an exciting program 🎉 That's how we envisioned our New Year's Reception in our working group "The Rockers" – well, almost like this. 😄 We aimed to kick off the year with high energy and the motto "Let's Rock 2025." Alongside the fun photobooth and delicious food, we began with a quiz about 2024 to celebrate some of the year's highlights. We also had a fantastic opportunity to dive into our failure culture during the second edition of our F*ckUp-Event. Our speakers shared their honest experiences and invaluable lessons learned.
